Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Platform Engineering Lead to join our AIML PM team and contribute to the development of innovative software platforms and tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, program management, and leadership.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of quality and release practices focused on AIML. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project management, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading project meetings, setting agendas, taking notes, and communicating updates.
  • Collaborating with partner organizations to drive early engagements on product quality, process definition, and program execution.
  • Managing project timelines, dependencies, critical path, and risks.
  • Driving alignment across the organization and between teams.
  • Identifying issues, prioritizing tasks, and tracking risks to schedule and product quality.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in project or program management, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
