Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the British Heart Foundation in Thetford. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and taking full responsibility in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise sales through physical and digital channels
  • Support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey
  • Contribute to the success of the store by achieving retail standards

Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week, requiring flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries, and donations, it can be physically demanding at times, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life-saving research.
