We are seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Coordinator to join our team at Simon Community NI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affordable housing and be able to coordinate initiatives to increase access to affordable housing.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a key role in coordinating affordable housing initiatives and working closely with landlords, housing providers, and other stakeholders to increase access to affordable housing.

The successful candidate will work closely with local communities, partner organizations, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver effective affordable housing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating affordable housing initiatives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local communities, partner organizations, and stakeholders
  • Monitoring and evaluating affordable housing programs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CIH Level 4 qualification in Housing or a related discipline
  • Experience working in affordable housing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
