About the Role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the day-to-day management of our independent living schemes, ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the Scheme. This includes overseeing the physical environment within the Scheme to guarantee that tenants are safe and benefit from a clean and well-maintained living environment.

About You

We are looking for someone with 3 years relevant experience (in the last 6 years) in a paid or unpaid capacity, or equivalent qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of housing services and be able to provide excellent customer service. A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a paid or unpaid capacity is required, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the job.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including great on-job training, a contributory pension scheme, and a health cash plan which can provide help with dental, optician, and medical costs. Other benefits include free employee health checks and a Cycle to Work scheme.
