Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
  • Create method statements and risk assessments for construction projects and factory operations, providing guidance on safe working practices.
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide health and safety training and support to employees, sub-contractors, and stakeholders to ensure competence and awareness of safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement safety initiatives that promote a positive health and safety culture within the organization.
Requirements:
  • A NEBOSH general or construction certificate is essential, along with a degree in a relevant health and safety discipline (advantageous).
  • A valid CSCS card is mandatory for this role, which involves working at various sites throughout East Anglia and London.
  • A full UK driving license is required for regular travel between sites.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
