Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare produce for meal service, including cooking breakfast items and preparing vegetables
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and areas in accordance with cleaning schedules
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and company health and safety regulations
  • Store dry and perishable goods correctly after receipt and checking
  • Properly store cleaning materials
  • Clean crockery, cutlery, and drinking vessels for resident use using the main kitchen dish washing machine
  • Clean pots, pans, utensils, and service counter containers to required standards and store them properly
