We are looking for a highly motivated Social Impact Specialist to join our team at Onyx-Conseil in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and communities in Northern Ireland.

This part-time role (18.75 hours per week) involves working closely with our client and CGI teams to raise awareness of our Social Impact commitments. You will identify beneficiaries who meet our project criteria and promote social value initiatives to them. Additionally, you will host brief visits to the client delivery centre, provide skills development and mentoring, and support long-term unemployed individuals, people with disabilities, and those seeking employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work in partnership with teams across our client and CGI to raise awareness of the Social Impact commitments, supporting reporting and data analysis requirements.
  2. Identify beneficiaries across our clients' services who meet the project criteria and promote social value initiatives.
  3. Host brief visits to the client delivery centre, subject to security and Authority agreement.
  4. Provide skills development and mentoring for women in the criminal justice system, supported by our client.
  5. A person who is long-term unemployed.
  6. A person who has a disability and is currently seeking employment.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs at grades A-C* (or grades 4-9 in England), Intermediate apprenticeships, Level 2 awards, diplomas, and certificates, or NVQs (Level 2).

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a global organisation while making a real impact in your community.
