About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to our medical staff and patients.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for welcoming patients, consultant medical staff, and visitors to the department, providing a comprehensive and quality administration service. You will also assist in providing medical staff with an excellent outpatient service to maintain and increase existing business and encourage new business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients, consultant medical staff, and visitors to the department, providing a comprehensive and quality administration service and managing and prioritizing your workload.

Person Specification
  • Educated to GCSE level C or equivalent passes at Grade C or above, including English Language and Maths with evidence of numeracy and literacy.
  • Medical terminology.
  • Competent use of IT systems - Excel, Word, and database input.
  • Private Service sector work (preferably hospital).
