We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Negligence Defence Advocate to join our renowned Defendant Clinical Negligence team in Hampshire.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to handle a diverse caseload of Defendant Clinical Negligence files, from initial interview to completion, and collaborate with senior colleagues on complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent NHSLA, Medical Defence Union, NHS trusts, and private hospitals in various Defendant Clinical Negligence matters.
  • Manage a varied and diverse caseload of Defendant Clinical Negligence files, providing expert legal advice and guidance throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to assist on complex cases, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes.
What We Offer:
