Job Overview
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is a newly established organisation, providing high-quality healthcare across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. We are seeking a skilled Clinical Skills Specialist to work in our Urgent Community Response and Frailty Hospital at Home teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner to develop their skills and expertise in managing clinical care under supervision. The post holder will work with individuals, families, and carers to provide innovative solutions that enhance people's experience and improve outcomes. They will be responsible for assessment, diagnostics, and treatment of acutely unwell people who are at risk of hospital admission.

We offer a supportive learning environment, where you can develop your skills and knowledge in leadership, education, research, and complex decision making. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with qualified advanced clinical practitioners and consultant practitioners, receiving supervision and development to achieve your full potential.

The ideal candidate will have appropriate professional qualifications, such as registration with the NMC or HCPC, and demonstrate a good command of the English Language. They should also have evidence of developing specialised clinical skills across the field of frailty, urgent response, and hospital at home care.
