Administrative Support Coordinator

**Job Summary**
A highly skilled Support Administrator is required to join our successful team at Osborne Appointments. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Manage and document the registration process from start to finish
- Update and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Collate and enter data with high attention to detail
- Monitor, track, and resolve client enquiries efficiently
- Provide administrative support for events, presentations, and room bookings
About You:
- IT proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service, with a friendly and confident telephone manner
- Familiarity with GDPR regulations
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities
