At Buckingham Vets4Pets we’re looking for a highly organised individual to join our practice where you’ll be providing a professional and efficient administration service to our clients, delivering a first-class service in Customer care.

Reporting to Joint Venture Partner (JVP) will help ensure the smooth running of our Practice, by taking direction from the Practice Owner, and Financial Coordinator. You’ll provide day to day accounts and financial support, in addition to routine tasks that need performing on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. During busy times at the Practice, you’ll also assist with reception duties as and when needed, which is a great opportunity to interact with our Clients.

**This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday 8am-6pm. Saturday 8am to 6pm, allocated on a rota basis. Closed Sunday.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a full range of practice administration activities to facilitate the efficient and effective operation of the Practice in an accurate and consistent manner.
- Maintain a tidy and well organised office.
- Meeting all deadlines set by Central Support office
- Treat all practice personnel with the same respect and consideration as clients.
- Accurate and timely production of administrative delegated tasks, ensuring GDPR compliance at all times.
- Working with the JVP on the administration of client complaints according to the practice complaints procedure and escalate to the appropriate person where necessary, handling any complaint tactfully and pleasantly.
- Ensure familiarity with the Health and Safety Policy including codes of practice and risk assessments always complying with the correct procedures.
- Support the reception team and organise reception and Vets rota.
