Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Planning and Procurement Administrator to join our team at The People Co.

In this role, you will support the procurement division by raising POs, following up on approvals, and entering POs onto our system. You will also be responsible for confirming acknowledgements against POs, challenging lead-times and prices as needed, and liaising with suppliers on all open POs.

Additionally, you will sort invoice queries, raise PRs for differences, and own non-stocked POs to ensure timely payments. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting our supply chain team and collaborating with various departments to achieve procurement goals.

With a strong focus on planning and coordination, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.
