Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Kingston FWC. As a key member of our club team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fitness and wellbeing club.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the club, ensuring exceptional customer service and a safe and welcoming environment for members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and increase engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Oversee health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct tours and presentations for prospective new members, showcasing the benefits of our club.
As a Duty Manager at Nuffield Health, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £12.86, plus a range of benefits including holiday entitlement, access to our pension scheme, and discounted gym membership.
