Duty Manager

We're currently recruiting for a Duty Manager role in our London Kingston Upon Thames Premier Inn. As a key member of our hotel team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the hotel's front-of-house operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
- Lead a team of hotel staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome for all guests.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of hotel cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
- Manage the hotel's inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
