We're currently recruiting for a Duty Manager role in our London Kingston Upon Thames Premier Inn. As a key member of our hotel team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests. With a focus on exceptional customer service, you'll work closely with our leadership and housekeeping teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
