Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our leisure centre, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure the smooth operation of the leisure centre, including managing budgets and resources
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and customer engagement
- Represent Places Leisure at local events and community meetings
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a leisure facility
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- A NPLQ qualification
- A flexible approach to work, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
