Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Programme Leader to join our team as maternity cover for our Changing Places programme in Greater London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of place-based working and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

The post holder will support the delivery of our Stand for Inclusion Growth Strategy, managing existing disability inclusion place-based work and local teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join Sporting Equals as we celebrate our 20th Anniversary and expand our work in London.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programmes to promote disability inclusion in community sport
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with local authorities, sports clubs, and other partners
  • Support the development of our Stand for Inclusion Growth Strategy

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in delivering disability inclusion focused programmes, a strong understanding of place-based working, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
