We are seeking an experienced Technical Change Lead to join our team, driving technical change delivery for our Finance and Risk functions at Shawbrook Bank. As a key member of our Chief Product Office function, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and business stakeholders to plan, organize, and implement technical change to both internally developed and third-party software systems.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with a proven background in technical change delivery in financial services, previous experience in finance and risk change, and expertise in software development methodologies. The successful candidate will lead groups of cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring smooth delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management: Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Agile Methodologies: Apply agile and hybrid project management principles within defined governance frameworks in a regulated environment.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and share skills and knowledge across the team, empowering them to self-organize and drive improvements in best practice.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of $140,000 per year, along with access to discounted gym memberships, a cycle to work scheme, and a contributory pension scheme.
