We are excited to offer a sought-after position for a skilled Technical Business Analyst at a prestigious London Market Specialty Insurer.

This permanent role will see you play a pivotal part in driving forward a range of exciting Change initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Applications, systems and SDLC.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing system and business requirements to inform strategic decisions
  • Identifying requirements for new system integrations, programs, operations and applications
  • Conducting thorough system analysis on web services, applications and programs
  • Fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders daily across multiple business functions
  • Supporting system integration processes and the business for ongoing process improvement
  • Developing user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure seamless project delivery
Key Requirements:
  • Significant experience in Business Analysis with a strong focus on SDLC, Systems and Applications
  • Insurance industry experience is essential - London Market highly preferred
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and other business functions
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to challenge stakeholders and navigate complex projects
  • Data Mapping expertise

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to make a lasting impact at a dynamic insurer.
