About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Planner to lead our planning teams in the Richmond and Wandsworth Better Service Partnership. As a key member of our Place Division, you will be responsible for delivering strategic applications, development management, and spatial planning initiatives that promote sustainable development and improve outcomes for our residents.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in similar roles, with excellent communication and project management skills. You will work closely with our team to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of local communities and drive positive change.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on market rates and location. Our benefits package includes a range of perks, such as flexible working hours, training and development opportunities, and access to a pension scheme.
