Heavy Industry Maintenance Engineers

This role involves providing technical support to the production teams at our client's Nickel refinery in Clydach, Swansea. You will be responsible for maintaining machinery and equipment, identifying and resolving mechanical problems, and contributing to the development of maintenance procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Recognised Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in heavy industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work at heights and within confined spaces
We offer a competitive salary starting at £35,374 per annum, rising to £37,454 per annum, with opportunities for higher earnings during Shutdowns and overtime (paid at 1.25 times standard rate). Additionally, you are entitled to a 10% annual bonus.
