We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineering technicians, ensuring that they are working safely and efficiently. They will also work closely with the Reliability Engineering Manager to implement safety and statutory compliance programs, and to provide a safe working environment for all staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the team, ensuring they are working in a safe, standard, and efficient manner.
  • Work with the team and the wider network to harness technical expertise and build solutions.
  • Support the Reliability Engineering Manager in implementing safety and statutory compliance programs.
  • Implement network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to provide a high level of equipment availability.
  • Ensure sufficient technical coverage is available for the shifts they own by organizing and directing the training program for the team.
  • Organize local projects or support EU level projects as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience as part of a maintenance team in an industrial or production environment that handles a variety of complex business processes.
  • Relevant experience in managing people in an engineering team.
  • Relevant experience in liaising and managing relationships between a variety of stakeholders, including third-party vendors.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and upper intermediate proficiency in local language.
