About the Role
This position is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical systems.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner
- Communicating effectively with guests and colleagues to resolve maintenance issues
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
- Inspecting tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
We welcome applicants with experience in hotel engineering or maintenance, as well as those with certifications in areas such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
