Reliability Operations Manager

This role sits at the heart of Amazon's customer experience, ensuring the reliability of equipment and maintaining a high level of service quality. Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

The Reliability Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineering technicians, focusing on safety by training, developing and coaching their team members. They will deliver a high level of equipment availability by ensuring all preventative maintenance is conducted and internal processes and procedures are followed.

Purpose of the Job:

  • To lead, support and mentor the team in working safely, efficiently and to standard.
  • To work with the team and the wider network to harness technical expertise and build solutions.
  • To support the Reliability Engineering Manager in implementing, recording and auditing safety and statutory compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the team in conducting regular equipment checks and maintenance activities.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  3. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and performance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A UK Higher National Diploma (HND), Higher National Certificate (HNC) or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in maintenance and engineering.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
