At North Metro Knoxville Medical, we strive to create an exceptional work environment that fosters growth and development. We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Step Down Registered Nurse at our medical center.
We offer a full-time day shift schedule with benefits, including three 12-hour shifts from 6:30am to 7:00pm. Our ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating assigned patients, planning and implementing nursing care, and documenting patient progress.
- Evaluating assigned patients and developing individualized care plans
- Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures
- Performing various patient tests and administering medications within the scope of practice
- Promoting patient independence through education and support
A minimum of an Associate's degree is required, along with an active, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse. Familiarity with cardiac concepts and procedures is highly preferred.
