About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our healthcare team at Urgent Nursing. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a primary care setting, assisting with assessments, treatments, and health education.

  1. Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including health assessments, vaccinations, and wound care.
  2. Health Education: Educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
  3. Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  4. Collaboration: Work alongside physicians, specialists, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care and follow-up.
  5. Inventory Management: Assist in the management of medical supplies and equipment.
  6. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and comply with relevant health regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; current nursing license.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred.
  • Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification; immunization, chronic disease management) are a plus.
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
