Job Description Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a 5-day per week role working on-site in Harpenden, Hertfordshire.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of processing and issuing invoices accurately and be responsible for managing and monitoring accounts receivable and payable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and code purchase ledger invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and code petty cash, credit card transactions, and business expenses.
- Maintain purchase ledger accounts and perform bank reconciliations regularly.
- Support the Finance Team with tasks related to the sales ledger and nominal ledger.
Salary Information
A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
