Care Home Seeks Experienced Staff Nurse

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at a care home in the Kilmarnock area.
About the RoleAs an RGN/RMN/RNLD Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in managing and delivering person-centred care to our residents. This includes administering drugs and medications, undertaking all aspects of care planning and delivery, and working closely with other members of the care team.
ResponsibilitiesSome of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing person-centred care to residents, taking into account their individual needs and preferences
- Administering drugs and medications as prescribed by medical professionals
- Developing and implementing individual care plans, working closely with other members of the care team
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Current NMC registration as an Adult General Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and medical professionals
- Kind, caring, and compassionate nature, with a passion for providing high-quality care
