About the Opportunity:
">Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join their highly rated Nursing home in Paisley. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Home Manager in the overall management of the nursing home and leading the nursing staff to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:

- To assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home
- To lead and motivate the nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
- To ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety
Requirements:
- ">
- Nurse with active PIN (essential)
- At least 2 years deputy manager experience
- Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
