Care Home Operations Lead

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Home Operations Lead to take on a leadership role within our organization. As part of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our care homes, ensuring that all aspects of care and service delivery meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of one or more care homes
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement operational strategies
- Maintain open communication channels with staff, residents, and their relatives
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and innovation
