Supporting Vulnerable Adults with Complex Needs

iBC Healthcare is a leading health and social care provider in the Midlands, providing support to hundreds of individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism, and mental health needs.
**Estimated Salary:** £12.00 per hour
About the Role:- Support individuals with disabilities, including those with profound and complex needs, using person-centred approaches.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as medication administration, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork.
- Offer emotional and practical support to individuals, promoting independence and improving quality of life.
- To build relationships with individuals and their families, promoting trust and understanding.
- To empower individuals to learn new skills or pursue hobbies and interests.
- To provide support and guidance to individuals, enabling them to make informed decisions about their lives.
- Experience within the care industry or equivalent essential.
- Previous experience supporting people with mental health conditions, complex care needs, and challenging behaviours.
- Full UK manual driving licence preferred.
- Must have experience working with EUPD.
