Job Summary
Combe Coastal Practice is undertaking a significant management restructure due to the retirement of some of its senior management team.
The current Business Manager role is being vacated by an experienced manager who is due to finish the role at the end of the restructuring process.
As part of this exciting and visionary restructure, we are looking for an individual who is willing to join as part of the new management structure.
This role is advertised for 20-24 hours spread over 3-4 days as per the business need. Specific hours and cover can be discussed at interview stage.
As this is a full management restructure process, the hours and responsibilities may alter slightly based on the interview and selection process.
Please be aware that the interview dates for the Management roles will be week commencing 23rd September 2024.

Job Responsibilities
To use expertise in strategic planning and business development to horizon scan and align business objectives with national opportunities and operational delivery.
The post holder will take management responsibility for the specific Strategic Pillar, working alongside a designated GP Partner with protected time to develop, manage, and initiate the specific work streams. They will not be expected to manage the clinical or administrative team but will develop new ways of working, design systems of working, and implement change management. They will be expected to work within professional boundaries and contractual requirements, reporting directly to the Partnership Board for approval and implementation. This role will include reporting back to registered organisations, commissioners, and health partners.
