Strategic Operational Manager

Job Summary
Combe Coastal Practice is undergoing a significant management restructure due to the retirement of some of its senior management team. The current Business Manager role is being vacated by an experienced manager who is due to finish the role at the end of the year.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the new management structure and take on a key role in shaping the future of the practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
The post holder will take management responsibility for the specific Strategic Pillar, working alongside a designated GP Partner with protected time to develop, manage and initiate the specific work streams. They will not be expected to manage the clinical or administrative team but will develop new ways of working, design systems of working and implement change management.
The role will include reporting back to registered organisations, commissioners, and health partners. The successful candidate will be expected to work within professional boundaries and contractual requirements, reporting directly to the Partnership Board for approval and implementation.
