Job Summary

Combe Coastal Practice is undergoing a significant management restructure to adapt to the retirement of senior management team members.

The current Business Manager role is being vacated by an experienced manager who will finish the role at the end of December 2024.

As part of this exciting restructure, we are seeking an individual to join the new management structure.

This role involves working 20-24 hours spread over 3-4 days, with specific hours and cover to be discussed at the interview stage.

Job Responsibilities

The post holder will take management responsibility for the specific Strategic Pillar, working alongside a designated GP Partner with protected time to develop, manage, and initiate work streams.

The role involves reporting directly to the Partnership Board for approval and implementation, as well as reporting back to registered organizations, commissioners, and health partners.

Please note that the interviews for the Management Roles will take place week commencing 23rd September 2024.
