Operational Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operational Manager to join our team at Combe Coastal Practice. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring that our staff are trained, supported, and empowered to deliver our clinical model.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the People Pillar, working closely with a designated GP Partner to develop, manage, and initiate relevant work streams.
- Take management responsibility for the people and staffing aspects of work undertaken by the practice, including administrative and clinical teams.
- Implement evolutionary changes to our working systems and practices to meet the needs of our patients and business.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including clinical, administrative, and PCN staff, to deliver high-quality patient care.
Person Specification
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in operational management, preferably in a healthcare setting. Essential qualifications and experience include:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or healthcare management.
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading change initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
