Operational Manager

Job Summary
Combe Coastal Practice is undergoing a significant management restructure due to the retirement of some of its senior management team. As part of this exciting and visionary restructure, we are seeking an individual to join our new management team.
This role involves managing the People Pillar, working closely with a designated GP Partner to develop, manage, and initiate relevant work streams. The post holder will be responsible for the people and staffing aspects of work undertaken by the practice, including administrative and clinical teams. They will be expected to implement evolutionary changes to our working systems and practices to meet the needs of our patients and business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, developing and implementing strategies, and working collaboratively with stakeholders. They will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- To oversee the management of staff, ensuring they are trained, supported, and empowered to deliver our clinical model.
- To actively engage with staff to develop a strong, resilient, and connected team.
- To work closely with the designated GP Partner to develop and implement work streams.
- To manage the people and staffing aspects of work undertaken by the practice.
- To implement evolutionary changes to our working systems and practices.
