Job Summary

Combe Coastal Practice is undergoing a significant management restructure to adapt to the retirement of senior management team members.

We are seeking an individual to join our new management team, working closely with a designated GP Partner to develop and implement strategies for staff development and practice operations.

This role involves managing the People Pillar, overseeing administrative and clinical teams, and implementing changes to working systems and practices to meet patient and business needs.

Main Responsibilities

Key duties include:

  • Developing and implementing staff training and development programs
  • Managing staff performance and well-being
  • Coordinating practice operations and administrative tasks
  • Working with the GP Partner to develop and implement practice strategies
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve practice goals
