The current Business Manager role is being vacated, and we are seeking an individual to join our new management structure as a Strategic Business Development Manager.
This role involves working closely with our senior management team to develop and implement business strategies that align with national opportunities and operational delivery.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency
• Work closely with our senior management team to align business objectives with national opportunities and operational delivery
• Take management responsibility for specific business areas, working alongside designated GP Partners to develop and implement new ways of working
• Design and implement systems of working to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Report back to registered organizations, commissioners, and health partners on business performance and progress
