About the Role

This Client Delivery Executive position involves delivering high-quality services to our international clients based near Farnham, Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset and previous project/client delivery experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project management and planning using MS Project and Planner and Kanban boards
  • Liaising with clients and facilitators pre and post programme scheduling
  • Diary management for client meetings
  • Scheduling project work across the business, maintaining a balanced workload
  • Preparing materials for L&D content, content plans and toolkits
  • Compiling and summarising post programme feedback documents
  • Working with the team creating, planning and executing proposals and developing business within your own client portfolio
  • Overseeing and maintaining sales forecasts
  • Preparing sales and finance reports, invoices and ensuring expenses are captured
  • Supporting the business with marketing campaigns, social media presence, and keeping Hubspot up to date.

The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 per annum, based on industry standards for similar positions in the area.
