Job Overview

About the Role
This position involves assisting in the management of commercial responsibilities to maximize profit and control costs. Key tasks include producing weekly and monthly cost value reconciliations, managing opportunities and risks, and developing commercial tenders and contracts. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording and tracking insurance claims, maintaining accurate contract data, and capturing direct labour payments. With excellent communication and analytical skills, you will provide clear commercial information and positively challenge situations as required.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess a relevant degree in construction or commercial management and experience in subcontractor management. You should have a strong commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of NEC3 forms of contract, as well as relevant construction and contract law.
