Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our team at Strata Clean Energy.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our construction team, including CMs, corporate personnel, and other departments as needed. You will be responsible for interfacing with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and site personnel daily, performing administrative tasks such as data processing, document control, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties in support of the construction team, maintain project folders/records, manage per-diem for assigned sites, coordinate reports using Microsoft Office and KRONOS systems.
  • Project Management: Obtain detailed reports and documents using Viewpoint and Project Web applications, manage project directories and distribution lists, manage KRONOS profiles for assigned sites.
  • Communication: Prepare documents associated with construction, assist in preparing detailed reports for self-perform teams, write, proof-read, and edit documents, prepare badges for new arrivals on assigned sites.
  • Office Administration: Generate, send, and receive emails, packages, letters, process pay corrections, manage office inventory, coordinate site visits.
  • Special Projects: Assist in rollout of policies and procedures, assist in special projects, perform other duties as assigned by the Construction Admin Supervisor and Director of Construction.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in a construction environment is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to travel for work.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
