Programme Operations Specialist

Venus Recruitment is excited to offer a challenging opportunity for a talented Programme Operations Specialist. As a Programme Coordinator, you will assist the team in developing and implementing project plans to ensure their successful and timely delivery. This role may lead to a permanent position and offers a chance to work with a dynamic consultancy near Farnham.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing project plans using MS Project and Planner.
- Liaising with clients and facilitators regarding programme scheduling and managing client meetings and workshops.
- Preparing and updating slide decks and training toolkits plus logistics using the latest applications.
- Compiling and summarising post-meeting documents and distributing actions.
- Ensuring Hubspot is up to date with the latest contacts and client information.
- Assisting with logging/tracking of team expenses and receipts and keeping the annual forecast and planning sheet up to date.
- Monitoring and tracking project hours against project scope and generating invoice status reports.
We anticipate the salary for this role to be approximately £28,000-£38,000 per annum, based on experience.
