Job Summary:
Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is recruiting for an experienced Operational Training Specialist to lead our safety training initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for employees and contractors.
• Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training programs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or civil engineering industry.
• Strong understanding of UK health and safety regulations, including HSE guidelines and best practices.
• Relevant certifications in safety training, such as IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications.

Estimated Salary:
£52,000 - £62,000 per annum, based on experience.
