DESCRIPTIONS3: Job Description
PACT is a organization dedicated to providing support to prisoners and their families. We seek a highly skilled Client Manager to oversee our visitor centre services, including managing the prison's booking line service, family visit catering, play sessions for children during family visits, and family-focused interventions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, the role requires the ability to contribute to the planning and development of Pact's family work and have the opportunity to attend training events to further develop yourself as a professional trainer and interventions worker. Furthermore, we provide practical and emotional support to prisoners' children and families, to prisoners, and those who have resettled back into the community. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including a free advice, information, and counselling service, contributory pension, corporate eye care scheme, cycle to work scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
