Category Manager, Food and Beverage Professional

At Warner Leisure Hotels, we are seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead the Food and Beverage category. As a key member of our Procurement function, you will be responsible for driving cost and value out of the supply base, managing suppliers and contracts, and providing sourcing support. You will contribute to the Warner procurement strategy and develop and execute new opportunities to drive continuous improvement across the supply base.
Your Opportunity:
• Develop and manage the Food and Beverage category, including sourcing, procuring, and contracting.
• Lead and develop the F&B team, including developing and executing new opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the commercial relationship with suppliers, including negotiations and contract management.
• Work with stakeholders to determine scope and spec, source, and contract before handing the day-to-day back to the budget holder.
Key Requirements:
• Sourcing, contracting, and Food and Beverage category management knowledge, preferably in Hotel management settings.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across multiple areas and stakeholders.
• Strong experience across the full procurement spectrum, with Food and Beverage experience.
