Category Manager, Food and Beverage Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Category Manager to join our Procurement team at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving cost and value out of the supply base across Warner, managing suppliers and contracts, and providing sourcing support to contribute to the Warner procurement strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the F&B category, including developing and executing new opportunities to drive continuous improvement across the supply base
- Manage the commercial relationship with suppliers
- Take accountability for going to market, sourcing, procuring, negotiating, contracting, and ongoing category management of all supplier spend in their categories
- Work with stakeholders to help them determine scope and spec, source and contract, and then hand back to the budget holder
Requirements:
- Sourcing, contracting, and food and beverage category management knowledge, preferably in hotel management settings
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across multiple different areas and stakeholders
- Strong experience across the full procurement spectrum, with food and beverage experience
