Food and Beverage Category Manager

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Category Manager to join our Procurement function at Warner Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving cost and value out of the supply base across Warner, managing suppliers and contracts, and providing sourcing support to contribute to the Warner procurement strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the F&B category, including developing and executing new opportunities to drive continuous improvement across the supply base
- Manage the commercial relationship with suppliers
- Take accountability for sourcing, procuring, negotiating, contracting, and ongoing category management of all supplier spend in the F&B category
- Work with stakeholders to determine scope and spec, source, and contract before handing over to the budget holder
What We're Looking For:
- Proven sourcing, contracting, and food and beverage category management experience, preferably in hotel management settings
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across multiple areas and stakeholders
- Strong experience across the full procurement spectrum, with food and beverage experience
