Category Manager, Food and Beverage

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Category Manager to join our team at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our Procurement function, you will be responsible for driving cost and value out of the supply base across Warner. Your expertise will be essential in managing suppliers and contracts, providing sourcing support, and contributing to the Warner procurement strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the F&B category, including developing and executing new opportunities to drive continuous improvement across the supply base
  • Manage the commercial relationship with suppliers
  • Take accountability for going to market, sourcing, procuring, negotiating, contracting, and ongoing category management of all supplier spend in their categories
  • Work with stakeholders to help them determine scope and spec, source, and contract before handing the day-to-day back to the budget holder

  • Sourcing, contracting, and food and beverage category management knowledge, preferably in hotel management settings
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across multiple different areas and stakeholders
  • Strong experience across the full procurement spectrum, with food and beverage experience
