Food and Beverage Service Manager

The National Trust is a renowned organization for its exceptional food and hospitality services. We operate 185 cafes across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, and we're seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to their team, ensuring they deliver outstanding service to our customers. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and our Team Leader will need to be adaptable and able to think on their feet.
Key Responsibilities
As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the induction and training of colleagues, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring all displays and signs are accurate, and that food is presented in an appealing manner. At times, you may need to assist the kitchen team with food preparation. We offer a comprehensive induction program, training in allergens and food safety, and opportunities for further professional development.
